These are great! I bought about 25 of the large and small ones over the past few months. They are not always in stock nearby, so it took a while to get them all. They are heavy, so don't blow over or get knocked over by critters. The only thing I don't like is the color. They have a thinly applied finish in the color shown, but under that they are pinkish - not the usual terra cotta color. I painted mine with 2 coats of oil-based paint, which will hopefully last a few years. I like azaleas, and these pots are perfect for the dwarf and intermediate size varieties.

Excellent Value for the Size
I design pots. I use exsisting pots and redesign the look of the pot. I'm always looking for something that is inexpensive to fit my budget for reselling and was happy I have been able to add this to my list of go to pots. I've had a couple in my yard for a year and they hold up well. I think this is a great pot for its price and will continue to buy.

inconsistent color
I bought 20 of these to put dahlias in and they have been sitting in full sun for a few months now. Most of the 20 have turned into some kind of a lavender color in the sun. The terracotta color is not all the way through, and on some, you can see the finish wearing off. For the price, I still think they were a good deal, but I wouldn't buy them again.

Well, what can I say?... It's a real terracotta planter. The color is as expected, the size is as expected, and it weighs a ton, which is also to be expected with real terracotta clay. Overall, it's really just a basic, plain terracotta planter with a decorative band near the top. There is also a pre-drilled hole in the bottom for drainage. That said, I'm not sure about the quality yet. If you look at the photo of the exterior below, it is very bumpy and I have a feeling those bumps will soon start flaking off. Probably won't be too big of a deal since the color appears to go all the way, but I'll just have to wait and see if it affects the appearance.

As a multiple pot planter I use terracotta with wood to create a texture in my garden. This pot is lovely when planting multiple varietiesof flowers in one pot. It's wide mouth design provides a large planting surface. It has a unglazed finish which provides an Old World image. I was concerned that it might not have been sealed which leads soil to dry out quickly but I tested the surface before planting and the water beaded up on the surface well. Very solid and weighty in nature so recommend placing first before putting soil and plants in place. Nice decorative edge molding.

I am finding that container gardening appeals to me as I get older, it is easy to maintain and so enjoyable. The Terracotta clay planter came in red, so it was nice to add to my little groupings. It measures 15" X 10" with a pre-drilled hole in the center of the bottom, for drainage. It has been well crafted with a band of sculptured braid design under the top ,it gives a nice finish to a lovely container.

This is a very nice clay plant pot. It has a nice design around the rim and a slightly textured surface on the outside. The rim is nice and thick, and the planter is nice and heavy (over 18lbs), so it shouldn't go anywhere if the wind picks up.
My wife wanted a few larger pot planters for our front yard, and this looks good with the brick in our front yard.
The planter has a drain hole in the bottom. It is almost 11" high, and the diameter at the top is 15".
