Bit of an unconventional use but I used one of these to mount a birdhouse on a pipe. Solid flange, fit 1/2" galvanized pipe well. Although galvanized and weather-resistant, I painted it for style. I used standard deck screws which were a little small but 1/4" fit this flange. This flange is made in China.
