All galvanized products are zinc-coated for water application and meet NSF-61 low-lead requirements. in addition, all of our malleable iron fittings undergo rigorous testing to meet the quality standards you've come to expect from BandK product lines.

A: I don't believe so. If you are thinking of joining two pipes at a location where they both thread the same direction, you will need to use a union.

This is the fourth fitting like this we have purchased...

This is the fourth fitting like this we have purchased from Home Depot. Three have failed, cracking right in the middle of “T” where the little “v” emblem is indented. Hoping this one will work. Luckily it is on an extra outside line with a shut off. Would not recommended.
