Is it possible to remove the pre-installed termination/connector? I have one end that requires a 90 degree fitting into the electrical box. I don’t have a roto cutter. I just want to remove the installed termination/connector and use another type. Thanks.
Asked by: Rudy
Yes, it's a push on, and you can easily just pull it off. I just did that so I could put on a different size that would fit in my garbage disposal.

How to remove a snap in fitting from junction box

I bought this and installed the snap in fitting into a three 1/2 inch box, but need to change out to a four inch box. How to you get the snapin fitting out of the box without destroying it? Is there a trick?
Asked by: hammer
Use a pair of pliers and squeeze the snap part of the fitting while pulling the outside of the fitting.
