        It can't handle UV light.
        The strap section was already pretty much unusably stiff when I bought it. It was exposed to the sun for a relatively short time and the strap seemed to get even stiffer. The minute I tried to loop the strap into itself to clip it it broke. I've had tie straps that have lasted longer. I'm going back to a piece of copper wire wrapped around the cord reel to keep it organized. It's cheap, and will probably out last the cord it's organizing, even if left out in the elements.

          Great for organizing!!
          I use these clamps to organize extension cords, cables, hoses, conduits, wires, poles, anything I can fit in the clamp I use this to organize. I am all about organization and use whatever tools to keep a clean and oragnized work area. Great for storage!!
