Smart Shield is a unique cylindrical nail guard that houses wire and cable for better protection from both sides of the stud, eliminating the need for multiple standard nail plates. It is faster and easier to install, and eliminates drywall budge caused by using surface mounted nail plates. It won't bend when installing like flat plates. and is resistant to direct strikes from nail guns and screws. Can be installed before or after cable is placed. Protects wire and cable in wood framing.

These drill hole liners work great for me. They are easy to install and do not create drywall and shim issues like rectangular metal protectors. Use the correct sized drill bit to allow optimal fit. Will buy again. Thanks.

These are great! Super easy to install ... just drill a 1" hole, insert, & tap in place with a hammer. Much better than the nail-on type of nail guard. Wish Home Depot would stock in stores.
