Good luck. Mine was missing that piece also. It's impossible to contact the company. I finally just went and bought 3/8x1" nylon spacers and used those.

No, it will not be easy to disassemble. Possible, yes, if the nuts & bolts aren't rusted. Easy, no.

Is this plastic or metal and what is the weight capacity?

It is metal, not sure of the weight capacity, but that should be listed with it online

We JUST got this yesterday so I can’t speak for how much my kid likes it because she hasn’t had much time to play on it but there were a couple of things I was disappointed about before we even started the difficult process of putting the climber together. It arrived in a completely open and exposed box. Pic attached to show how odd it was. Luckily no parts were missing, but some pieces looked like someone had tried to use them before and returned the product to the store. They also sent yellow knobs instead of blue or grey like they look in the pictures on the product page and customer photos. I’m hopeful this was a good purchase though, so I’m willing to overlook the negative for the positive here!

It took 2 hours and 3 people to put this together and it is slightly smaller than I thought. But my kid likes it. He's 3 and will probably be able to use it a couple of years.

This was a bit challenging to put together and takes 2 people, but it's totally worth it! My 3.5 year old loves it and it will grow with her. It's perfect for our small backyard and is easy to move for grass cutting. There's only a 100 pound weight limit and recommends one child at a time to prevent tipover, but it suits our needs.

Horrible to put together, if you're lucky enough to get all the pieces
The package I received was missing a crucial piece of hardware. After spending a week attempting to contact the company for a replacement, I gave up and purchased what I thought was a similar piece. Once I finally made it to putting this climber together, I realized this climber is a lot like childbirth. There's sweat, blood, tears, cussing, and once it's over and you see the smiles you forget how hard it was. It took me an hour to put this together, while also wrangling kids, so the time part isn't as horrible as some make it sound. But the pieces don't fit right, even if you leave bolts loose until the end. You will spend a LOT of time forcing parts to go together that really don't match up. The barrel nuts barely fit through the bar ends, and take a lot of force. It's a great size for my 2.5 year old, and a good size for my 4.5 year old, but the older one will probably be too big in a couple summers.

Not the easiest install, but worth it.
Like everyone else says, it’s not the easiest to put together. The instructions need much improvement, but my kids love it so it was worth the effort. I was looking for something that didn’t take up too much space and would occupy my 2 and 5 year old‘s time. This fit the bill as it’s perfect during this quarantine time. A few things that helped me with the installation is: 1) loosely screw in the bolts, then tighten all at the end. You will need to move the bars around a little to align all the connections (fitted with bolts). 2) The most frustrating part was the end, where all the bars need to be connected at the top of the dome. There are 4 connections, 2 of which need a long C bar connecting them both. My advice would be to first connect those two, then finish with the remaining two that don’t need a C bar). I got stuck at that step because I left the C bar connection to the very end as I was trying to forcefully align 6 bars onto one short bolt. Doing my best to explain this as best as possible but it might make more sense once you’re at the last few steps. Overall, a great end product so far and I recommend to set this up when you have the time so you won’t be rushing through.

This is a solid, all metal, outdoor climbing structure. There are overall pictures and detail pictures in the instructions. All the bars are clearly labelled both on the plastic wrap and by a sticker on the bar. The hardware comes in a package that is also clearly labelled. All tools are included. The instructions say this is a 2 person assembly. I did it alone but it certainly would be easier with 2 people. By making smaller sections and then assembling it into larger sections it is easier to manage. The placement of the spacers is important, pay attention to the instructions. When completed the climber is about 6 ft diameter at the base and 3 ft high at the center. Ground stakes are included to secure it from tipping over. The cover is like a blue tarp material with mesh windows. It is kind of like being in a tent when the cover is on.

Dome Climber with Cover is awesome for little kids. My daughter loves it and climbs all over it. The cover has 2 good size vents made out of white mesh. You definitely need two people to put it together because the poles need to have a tight connection. It took me and another adult 2 hours to put together. The directions are easy to follow and detailed. Do not jump a head of the directions. The poles, snaps, and clamps are made out of good strong material and it also comes with a hex tool that you need. The bright blue paint covers all the poles and has a special coating so the paint won't chip off. Its a great climbing dome but wish it was another foot taller.

This dome climber with cover is made of very good material the hardware, and paint coating is top quality. It is a lot easier with a helper to put it together but, after it was done it was very sturdy. My grandkids are having a lot of fun with it and they like the cover to play like it is a tent for camping. The cover has like 3 vent screens in the top so it is very safe. No sharp edges.
