Blue Moon Reblooming Wisteria was bred in Minnesota and is 1 of the few wisterias that can be enjoyed by Northern gardeners. This hardy, magnificent climbing vine is extremely floriferous. It blooms in early summer, rests a bit, starts all over again and can even bloom a third time. You'll luxuriate in the flowering, foot long, lavender-blue clusters.
