The neutral bar is not bonded to the enclosure unless you install the green bonding screw (which could be a teeny bit longer!). You must purchase ground bars separately. A lug panel would be cheaper, since you do not need a main breaker for a subpanel.
It is based on the rating from the mfg and the busing in the panel in question - not on the amperage of the service - typically there is a label located on the inside of the panel which will have a max allowable breaker size that can be installed
Like any other load panel, this 200A panel can support upto 40A 2-pole breaker for Solar inverter based on 120% NEC rule for generation tie-in.
The included cover/door is for either flush or surface installations.
Quick Open Craig the electrician
yes, after sheetrock is installed, it will be flush
Yes
This panel is approved to be inverted for bottom feed applications.
The neutral bus is isolated from the panel box when shipped from the factory. Throw the green bonding screw, which is shipped loose, away. Purchase and install a ground bar kit. You will need a 4-wire feeder to this panel; 2 hots, 1 neutral and 1 ground.
That usually depends upon your local inspector, but generally only 1 neutral wire per terminal, and 2 grounds per terminal IF they are the same size and material. Do not put a neutral and a ground on the same terminal.
