The product price includes 1 separate 3.50 in. tall backsplash and 1 sidesplash. Please note that the backsplash and sidesplash are not sold separately from the vanity top. What material is made of?
Asked by Hilda September 28, 2016Hilda, Thank you for your inquiry. We can confirm that the Stone Effect vanity tops are manufactured out of a material that is very similar to cultured marble. The core material of our vanity tops consist of a blend of marble dust with polyester resin. Our Stone Effects tops, in particular, are manufactured to model after natural stone and are topped with our patented Diamond Shield technology finish that makes the vanity top more wear resistant and impervious to stains. We can assure you that composite vanity tops are very durable as this type of material is the most common sink material used in bath applications today. Cultured marble also weighs less that natural stone thus making it easier to install. Best Regards.

We can confirm that our Stone Effects collection finish is actually a design image that is heated onto the cultured marble vanity top material and is made to model after natural stone, therefore (just as you would find in natural stone) a variation in hues and pattern may occur throughout the entirety of the image, depending on where the vanity top was cut from.
