The drops do not match what is sold in the store. The sales pro told me they are the exact match. Very disappointed.

Hi Erik, we're sorry that this handrail fitting did not work out for you. Please contact our customer care team at 678-455-5188 (M-F, 8am-4pm ET), and we will get the correct handrail fitting you need. To find the handrail fitting that matches your handrail, look at the second digit in the model # of your handrail. That second digit must match the second digit of the model # of the handrail fitting. For example, if your handrail model # is 6010, then a matching fitting will have a model # of 70xx. If you wanted a starting easing that matched your 6010 handrail, the fitting you would need is a 7010. It can get confusing, to be sure. Just make sure the second digit of your handrail, matches the second digit of your handrail fitting. SureWood-LNL
