Is this sufficient to run Christmas lights for decorating a truck for a parade?

Asked by Brenda September 25, 2020
1
Answer

Unfortunately there's no safe answer for you without knowing exactly what lights you're using and how many strings. If it's a new string of lights it should show it's rated wattage. If they are LED lights 95% chance this inverter is more than enough. If your string is incandescent or you are using lots of strings, then you may need more than 140 watts.

Does this inverter have a low battery alert

Asked by Frank March 26, 2019
1
Answer

Yes, The inverter has an LED indicator and will beep to warn the user the battery voltage has dropped. It will warn you for few minutes before it will shut down.

How long is the cord?

Will a 120VAC 0.32A Strobe light work with this inverter?

Asked by Jimmy December 3, 2018
1
Answer

This inverter will run devices about 1 amp. So this light should work. However make sure the device can run on modified sine wave.

The photo and the description are contradicting ref the ports. How many outlets and USB ports actually on the item?

Asked by MKJAX December 1, 2018

Answer

The Current Unit has 1 AC outlet and 2 USB ports. We are working to correct the image online.

I plug 5 strands of Christmas lights into this adapter (note the adapter is plugged into my car) and the lights. Why?

Asked by Josh November 14, 2018
1
Answer

This initial question does not make sense. However This is only a 100W continuous inverter. the 140W is only for 20 Minutes. Also Some Christmas light controllers (the thing that makes them flash) will not work correctly on Modified Sine Wave.

Asked by LoweLowe November 10, 2018
