Stanley (Lifan) customer support is useless
I have ordered 2 unsatisfactory Stanley hose kits from HD. One came with the wrong size the spanner wrench. The other had 3 pinholes in the discharge hose which sprayed water everywhere.
HD customer service tried to help. They referred me to Lifan which makes the hoses under the Stanley brand. Lifan customer service is worthless. I made 6 attempts to contact Lifan by phone and by email. Lifan did not respond to 5 of my attempts. The one time I reached a Lifan rep he had an attitude problem.
