Worked perfectly for me, the boxes stack securely. I had this sine January 2015 and I had not had any issue with it. Once locked together they will stay that way. Plenty of storage space especially the big one since it has compartments on the outside

I've been looking for a storage solution for my hobby stuff for ages, and through a lot of looking through Toolboxes, Tupperware, Tackleboxes, and more, I settled on the Click 'N' Connect system. For my purposes, it's pretty good; storing lots of little fiddly bits and books and papers that do pretty poorly just tossed in a bag. If you're looking for a decent storage solution for something fragile, I'd go with this. Pros: EXPANSION POTENTIAL. Good price! Decent amount of space. Option for dividing. Sturdy connectors. Stickers come off easy. Cons: TOO FEW DIVIDERS. Potentially fragile construction if you're tough on your boxes. Squeaky? Toolbox: The top toolbox is pretty sturdy, the top handle feels like it can support a decent amount of weight. I think I've got close to 15 pounds riding around on it and it doesn't creak or threaten to break. That being said, the lid has me concerned that if I don't make absolute sure that it's tightened it'll throw everything inside it to the ground. The lid compartments are nice and solid, but I think I'd have found them more useful if they were separate removable containers. For those that are curious, there are a pair of holes on either side of the box for a lock, should you want to. Internals are where it starts to get a little fussy. While it's nice that it has the option for dividers, I feel like there should have been more, and honestly TALLER separators. As is, I had to steal some of the dividers from the bottom organizer. At least the option to have physical separation between one half and the next? Also, there's this hilarious plastic squeak when you leave one side hinged and open it from the other, but I'm sure that'll go away in time. Organizer: This is the real reason why I bought this toolbox, but I find myself a little disappointed. It comes with enough dividers to cut it down into pretty small parts, but if you really want to get fiddly with how you have your stuff stored than you have to cut pieces apart. Given that there's no way to buy extra dividers other than buying another organizer, it seems odd, but I guess that's just the system. Because of this, for extra fiddly little storage I just threw a couple of extra tacklebox organizers inside the thing. The dividers bend a decent amount, but it doesn't seem to be too detrimental. The handle on the side of the organizer is super helpful, for if you just want to carry it alone or need to drag your toolbox out of a tight place. This feels just as sturdy as the top one. Clear plastic lid has me concerned; seems like it would break pretty easily, and that sounds verified by other customers. The yellow plastic edges are sturdy enough to carry the toolbox by, but maybe not for long. Bottom is nice and sturdy. The connectors between top and bottom are sturdy as heck, my fingers ached the first time I pulled them apart, but now they come and go pretty tight and easy. Most of all, I'm excited for the potential to keep expanding my collection and toolbox downward. While the amount of storage it presents now is pretty good, having the option to grow is exactly why I grabbed this instead of a tacklebox. Notes: Unlike the product picture, the connectors between the lid and the toolbox are actually yellow. As a silly side note, the box they sent this in was HUGE. There was at least another foot of empty space filled with those plastic 'air cushion' bags. Thought I was reading the side wrong for a minute.

Excellent and Unique Toolbox!!
I love this toolbox. I love that the bottom compartment can become separate from the top part which I keep my smaller tools. The top part holds my bigger tools such as hammers, mallet, larger screwdrivers, etc... . Home Depot price for this toolbox was OUTSTANDING ($10.00). And it seems to be a heavy duty toolbox. The only cons is the black and yellow color and if I wanted to order another bottom to connect to the set, it is expensive from my web search ($20.00 and over) and Home Depot don't offer it. Of course, I had to girly it up some to keep my son and other family/friends males from hi-jacking my brand new toolbox as they did all of my tools. I love this toolbox so much that I think I will order another for my crafting or sewing supplies.

Versatile and Rugged - Highly Recommended
I own 2 of these and have used them for 2 years and nothing has broken yet. I have no problem with any latches falling open, unless I fail to ensure they are secure as another reviewer mentioned. I rate them with highest regard because of durability of plastics (entirely plastic) and versatility. The upper section is large and can fit many things. It also has smaller flip open compartments on the lid (which can be completely removed). The lower section has a clear, hinged lid and many compartments for sorting smaller items. This is a really handy product, well worth the price!
