AnswersThey are made so well they will last longer than ANY other one on display. The only thing ever ruined one for me was having been dropped in a swimming pool. Also they don't take to being left out in the rain (Don't ask).

Stanley tape measure, were always a decent product. Now the tape itself seems to be made thin. I use a tape all day long. Don't think this one will last long. Already having problems with it retracting. I will switch brands after this one breaks, which I'm sure wont be long.
