A: The blades are available from Europe. You'll pay more for shipping than the cost of the new saw. (Roughly $18.00) Stanley could not explain the purpose of the screw in the handle. I would have thought "blade replacement" was the purpose. They did give me a part number for "replacement blades" but it showed up as razor blades for box cutters. Their Q&A support personnel are lacking some basic skills.

Great product but hard to find replacement blades
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Stanley hack saws and drywall (jab) saws and they as well as the blades have always held up fine. For the price it's hard to get a better tool.
I just used these today on building some holloween decorations for the local charity haunted house. I made great corner fits to fill in some gaps.
Pros:
these handles will last forever if given the chance.
Blade is sharp and serves it's purpose to get into tight corners.
Covered by Stanley's warranty.
Some of my older (competitor and now owned by stsnley) blades fit these handles. They aren't a perfect fit but they do work.
Cons:
Flush cut blades are really hard to find for some reason but Stanley hacksaw blades fit these handles just fine.
Overall I do recommend these but try different blades and see what works.

Fast accurate cuts, easy to use, love the blade
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You will find uses for this saw you never imagined. It is super easy to create a nice, smooth, accurate, flush cut with the well designed saw and blade. The flush cut pull saw cuts on the pull stroke for maximum control. The blade is flexible!! The flexibility allows for a multitude of cuts in otherwise hard to reach places. Excellent for getting the details just right on finish work!
The handle is well sized and comfortable plus provides easy control of the blade.
The blade is also removable for super easy blade changes. It's just one thumb screw to release and insert new blades. Plus the blade has two connection spots, one for maximum control; the other allows for a bit more bend (flexibility) in the blade when needed.
This is my first flush cut saw and I am really enjoying it.

Very versatile
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mini pull saw is a very handy tool. I didn't want to buy a cordless multitool and this was a cost effective alternative. I was able to use it to cut under door jambs to install some new laminate flooring. If you are looking for a hand tool to get you clean cuts in tight spaces, this is will do the job.

Great little saw!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a great little saw to be able to test out! The main thing I love about it is the comfortable and ergonomic handle. It was a delight to hold. I appreciate its smaller size so it fits great in my tool bags. It has an easy nob that turns to release the blade either by hand or with a flathead screwdriver for storage. It came nice and sharp and gives clean cuts. Definitely comes in handy when finishing cuts on stair stringers or birdsmouth cuts on rafters.

Good for More Than Woodworking.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 4-3/4 in FATMAX® Mini Flush Cut Pull Saw works well for cutting hardwood dowels and fiberboard door trim, but can also be used for cutting plastics, composites, and light ply. I found the flush cut blade to be fully symmetrical, even though the brand label is clearly marked “THIS SIDE UP”. I used a large flat bladed screwdriver to remove the knurled nut from the handle, and remove the paper packaging from the blade handle. I then installed the blade in either direction, and it cut the same from both sides, without the nut interfering with the cut. I also used the blade on PVC pipe and it made a thin kerf cut, with minimal deburring needed. The FATMAX handle allows for a good grip, and precise action, when cutting on the pull stroke. So, the major drawback to this saw is both blades are identical, in teeth per inch. The saw could be much more versatile with a finer cut, for harder materials, on one side of the blade.

Simplicity
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice saw. Simple design. Make quick work of precise cutting jobs. Use as an undercut saw for removing door trim before installing a new or replacement floor. If you want this for your toolbox it will make a nice addition. Cheaper than power tool version and very handy.

Handy Little Saw
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I discovered pullsaws many years ago, when they were nearly impossible to find. As the name indicates they are designed to cut on the pull rather than while pushing like most saws. This means the blade can be much thinner and flexible than the typical hand saw. A thinner blade has to remove less material for each cut and cutting on the pull makes it much easier to cut closer to a line. Projects go faster with less waste when there is less material to sand off to get to the exact size. This small pullsaw is a great size for small projects or lopping off dowel plugs. The blade has very fine teeth and cuts fast. A piece of scrap flooring placed beneath the saw blade allows precise removal of trim around doors when laying new flooring. This saw is a very handy size to have in addition to the full size versions.

versatile mini pull saw
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very lightweight and flexible pull saw. I used it right away to trim drywall opening after a plumbing fix before patching. Blade is very sharp and took minimal effort to cut the dry wall. I also used it to trim up a few wooden dowels prior to holiday decorating season. Blade seems to be easily changed as well.
