Pliers Set (3-Piece)

about a month ago, I bought a set of pliers for work in the hope that they would work for a long time, but no, the reality turned out to be different!, after 2 weeks, 2 pliers stopped working, photos of which I will attach below, the problem is different when I came to one of the Home Depot stores today , I was denied warranty. And that's why I don't recommend Stanley products to anyone, besides paying attention to customer service.

Slip joint pliers and diagonal cutters are fine. The jaws on the long nose pliers do not meet when closed. See photo. I do not recommend this tool set because there is no way to tell how well the tools are made before opening the packaging.

The double dipped grips feel strong in my hand and contribute to a secure hand-hold. The long nose pliers were very handy when I had to hold a loose screw in place and my screwdriver wasn't up to the challenge. The teeth on the pliers grip firmly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stanley I got this set to replace a similar set that I’ve been using for about 15 years. These pliers are on the smaller side, but they seem durable and well-made. The handle grips are comfortable to hold and are well-adhered- I don’t expect them to come loose or breakdown. The needle nose pliers are quite thin and easily fit into tight spaces. The handle grips provide nice traction for your hands. The diagonal cutters came very sharp and easily cut through the 12ga outdoor lighting wire I was working on installing. The slip joint pliers adjust smoothly. This is a great starter set of pliers and I expect it to last as long as my previous set.

They are your traditional size, but they are the high quality that Stanley is known for. The regular pair of pliers does have the bolt that holds the 2 sides together. You may have to tighten it - I don’t know yet. The whole set is easy to hold, and the grip around the metal handles are actually melted on - it won’t slip off like the cheaper pairs you see. I’d definitely recommend getting this set if your in the market for a pliers set.

There is a plier for any household need. These pliers are durable, easy to grip, strong enough to hold on to any material type, and even have a limited lifetime guarantee! Stanley offers the double dipped grip on these pliers, too! That makes using them very comfortable and easy. My only real critique is the price is a little more than you would pay with some other tool options. However, you get what you pay for! These will last you forever and so I believe it is worth the extra scratch. These are excellent pliers and I would recommend them to anyone seeking a really great tool!
