Q:What does "indcution" mean in salient bullet point #2? I think that's supposed to be "induction" but how does that process make the blade stronger? Also, on regular bullet point #2, I think "herded" should be "hardened."

            Piece of crap.
Don’t buy unless you want to waste your money. I was only able to make a few cuts before I gave up and used my bare hands to finish pulling apart my couch. The saw gets caught in the wood while you’re using it.

                Good to handle
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While using it i didnt struggle to make the cut, and while cutting the wood it was very stable. The handle is very comfortable while using it. An excellent tool!

Everybody needs one of these! A handy hand saw!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This a a 20 in panel saw, better known as a plain old handsaw. Everybody needs to have on of these around. 20" long, it will do what you need to do while still firing in your toolbox. This is a "universal cut" meaning you can crosscut and rip with it. It is 8 teeth per inch so your are not going to be using it for joinery or trim work, but this isn't that kind of saw. It is however just what you need for cutting doors making door jamb cuts when installing laminate, trimming lumber, and so forth. Indiction hardened blade, and triple ground so it cuts on both the push and pull stroke. Comfortable handle, though I am not sure how durable it will prove to be over the long run. Handle has marks for 90 and 45 degrees, though again I don't know as I would rely on them unless "eyeballing it" is good enough for the required accuracy. I wouldn't consider this a handsaw for a finish carpenter, but for other trades needing a hand saw its better than great.

                    Good all round hand saw
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had many different hand saws and still have them use through the years as a carpenter working on custom homes I had to have three or four sharp handsaw cutting ridge boards, rafter tails & seat cuts back in the day...the hang angle is correct with this saw (angle blade to handle).. handle seams light compared to wooden handles along with handle small side ok if you have small hands...Carpenter's hands are always swollen from using them.. but overall good saw....

                      Made in Denmark !!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great saw for the price. Especially that it’s made in Denmark. I saw that, and thought “wow Stanley, we’re getting fancy now!”. So right off the bat, the fact that it also cuts on the pull stroke made it easier to get my cut located and started than with traditional saws. The handle is plenty comfortable. I was able to hold it in a lot of different ways, sometimes using just one hand and sometimes using both hands. I cut a piece of hard maple in half for the photos and it handled that just fine, so you know it will really fly through softer woods like fir and pine. I found the saw quite easy to control and stay on the pencil line I had drawn on the wood. I haven’t tried it on PVC, but I imagine it would do just fine. Seems like nice quality for the price. I have a lot of panel saws, but I’m going to be gravitating to this one now. It’s a smart size. As a bonus, Stanley incorporated a simple, yet effective square into this saw, using the non toothed edge of the saws blade as the squares straight edge, and the saws handle as both the 90 and 45 degree edges. Quite clever, and it works well. You have to be more careful to make sure you’re getting the 45 degree lined up correctly, but it’s not difficult. I’m really glad Stanley has the confidence in their customers to use these bonus features. I also like the hole at the tip end for hanging the saw.

                        Worker
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This saw came in extremely handy when my chainsaw was on the fritz. The long blade and razor sharp teeth made a breeze out of large downed limbs and even a couple of small logs. The molded handle is light and ergonomic making for almost no hand fatigue even after many cuts. Great saw.

                          Great saw
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this hand saw on a small deck. It cut through deck boards and hand rail like a hot knife through butter. For small jobs that you don't need power saw for is a great tool.

Comfortable to use and cuts through wooden shelves very nicely. Good recommended use.
