Two questions: How quiet is this heater (decibel reading)? Can I put three of these on a dual 20 Amp breaker?

AnswerThis product does not have a decibel rating. As it works by convection, meaning there is no fan, it should make little to no noise. As to your second question that would depend on the length of the run, the wire gauge and most importantly the electrical code in your state. Thus you would need to speak to a local qualified licensed electrician or the electrical inspector in your municipality.
Is this available from Home Depot with the optional thermostat?

AnswersYes, I bought mine from homedepot with the optional thermostat. Basically, it's the one that does not say "also available with optional thermostat". HD really needs to do better job on the online descriptions of most everything.....

Replaced 2 baseboard heaters (Cadet SoftHeat @1500 Watts each). This single unit provides more uniform heat at an accurate temperature across the room (20ft). The onboard thermostat is accurate within 1 degree from one end of the room to the other. The old baseboard heaters with onboard thermostats ran constantly and even with the higher combined wattage could not provide uniform heat. I will recoup the cost of this heater in one winter with the savings I am seeing on my electricity bill. Highly recommended.
