Adjustable 3-Head LED Grill Light

The instructions for this product state that it requires four C cell batteries. I measured the inner dimensions of the battery compartment and there is only room for three C cell batteries. Even with three C cells in the compartment, the lights would not come on. Mine must have been defective or something.

I took it back, not bright enough

This is a really well made light and gives good light coverage but it has some very obvious design flaws. The main one being that the pads that should grip the grill handle are not 'grippy' enough so that no matter how much you try to tighten it, it will still not grip properly and will eventually result in you breaking the frame as you force the two halves of the frame apart. I overcame this by drilling through the framework and putting bolts through. The other design flaw is that if you have the light angled correctly over the food when you have the grill lid open, then it will catch on the front of the grill when you close the lid. To overcome this the design should have a longer arm.

Clamp design does not work with my grill, or my dad's, or my neighbors... I'm curious what kind of grill they originally tested it on?? Once it's clamped on, it doesn't allow the grill door to completely close...which causing it to Lose Heat. Lights are BRIGHT. But getting them to shine where I need them to is Difficult. Don't waste your money. It's a Cool looking Design but Doesn't Work.
