The 1-3/4 in. door unit is assembled with 3 nickel finish hinges. The fiberglass is dent resistant and comes primed ready to paint.
- Fiberglass with polystyrene core construction provides energy efficiency and added security
- Door slab is built with interlocking stile edge for structural rigidity
- High performance weather-stripping on frame with fin door sweep provides a tight seal
- Assembled with non-removable pin hinges for added security
- Assembled with clear tempered low-e glass for energy efficiency
- 6-5/8 in. x 11-1/4 in. medium pet door with removable locking flap is installed 3 up from bottom of door and a perfect fit for pets up to 35 lbs.
- Fiberglass door is dent resistant making it the perfect door for that active pet
- Assembled with a worry free primed treated wood frame that prevents rot or decay

The pet door is way too heavy for my cats to use. They are terrified of it. Also the flap to lock the pet door is very difficult to operate. The door itself is very nice but would not recommend this if buying mainly for the pet door.
