Installed easily. All components were present. I immediately felt a temperature difference in the room when the door was in place. The pet door seems more rugged than the typical rubber plastic flap. My dog was able to figure it out but not sure about the cat yet. The pet door seals well to keep heat out.

You can replace the dog door
I bought this dog door 3 years ago. We just got a puppy who decided to rip off the dog door. We thought since they said they do not offer replacement doors we would have to order a new door. Home depot sells an exact replacement. So easy to change, only 4 screws. I'm so happy.

Our door has been installed for a month now and we love it! Most importantly our two dogs love it. I was worried about getting this size door because I wasn't sure if they needed the XXL dog door. (The 15*20 dog door) They did not. We have a 70 pound bulldog mix and a 60 pound German Sheppard/Boxer mix. They go in and out very easy now. It did take a minute for them to go in and out. We used to have a plastic flap on our storm door so that double paned hard plastic was something new for them. With in a day they had no problems.
We had home depot install the door. I am glad we paid the additional money because it took a pro about 3 and a half hours. I have been looking a doors for over a year and so glad we did get it. You do not have to worry about the dog door flap opening during a storm. It does not move.
The pictures were taken before we painted it with white paint.

First door that came had a window and we had to reorder it. I used measurements from video and technically should only been able to fit the 30 by 80. When we pulled out the old frame it was a 32 by 80 so we had to add in wood for the gap in framing. The pet door is very nice but there is a sticker on it that will not come off in one piece? The window had 3 stickers. One sticker left writing on the window (use nail polish remover it works). Another sticker will take you 30 minutes with a blade and goo-gone. The morning the window was fogged up so i'm hoping that wasn't on the inside (double panes). My two small dogs (chihuahua terriers) are a little scared of the dog door but will get use to it. The height is ok for their little legs since they jump.
