what kind of seeds should I use to replant ground in somerset ca

Thank you for your question. If you wish to plant California Poppies you should wait until fall. If the area does not have irrigation then seed prior to fall rains.

Are these poppyseeds have opiate alkaloids in them. Or are they specially made to not produce any...

These seeds do not have the opiates that are found in opium producing poppies. That is a different type of poppy flower.

Are they escholtizia californica seeds?

Bright Full Bloom
These flowers went from seed to bloom in about 10-14 days after planting. Very vibrant and great color. Will be planting these for years to come.
