    What is the best way to care for the wood top? Should it be treated with mineral oil or shellacke...

    Hi There, Thanks for the question. The top is made of rubber wood. There is some vegetable oil on the surface of the top panel. If there is water(liquid) on the top, it is better to wipe it and keep the top dry in case the surface to get rough. If the rough is caused, you can use the sandpaper to rub off the surface.     The drawers are easy to shut. They are a soft glide. Check to see if you installed the hardware right. If so, make sure the drawer glides are lined up properly when you put the drawers in.

    great kitchen cart
    I wanted to make a coffee nook for our air bnb. And this was perfect. Pretty easy to put together and the wood countertop is very sturdy. If they could improve anything, it would be that the drawer bottom is a bit thicker. But I doubt I will have any trouble with it. I reccomend this product for sure!

    Drawers problem
    This whole review is based on the assembly of the cart. Assembly took about 1.5-2 hours (1 person). All that's needed is 1 screwdriver and some space. Everything was fine and instructions are good until it came to the last step - putting the drawers in. Drawers caused a lot of frustration. After a while thinking why they wouldn't go in, I noticed that the slides were installed BACKWARDS. So I had to unscrew them, turn them around, and screw them back. It looks like a manufacturing defect/issue since the screws were in the "right" spot at first but after actually fixing the slides, the slides were sticking out of the back of the drawer (unless I put in new holes, which I didn't do). See pictures. After finally fixing that, the drawers could be put in place. But they are sticking out and don't close all the way (see more pictures), which is a lesser issue but still. Hopefully, pictures and explanation above will help someone if they run into the same issue.

    Very nice looking cart but had some quality issues with the drawer fronts being square to the frame. I had to drill new holes to make the drawers square to each other and the frame because Home Depot wouldnt send replacement parts.
