AnswersThe 36" does not include the towel bar. The towel bar sticks out another 1-1/2" or so. You don't have to put the towel bar on if you don't need it.

AnswersAvoid particle board, composite board, and whatever else they call it. It's excrement!. I bought a computer desk, not from Home Depot, the top was solid wood, the rest, was cheap particle board. Screws do not hold in particle board.

AnswersAdd a piece of wood to one side of the drawer so there is friction. You can use glue or wood screws, but if screws make sure they are flush or below the surface to avoid the screws hitting and dragging.
What is the trick to installing the drawers? Everything else went together fine.

AnswersMake sure you push the drawers in evenly on both sides. I think I pulled out the undercarriage too to unbind it.

I wanted to make a coffee nook for our air bnb. And this was perfect. Pretty easy to put together and the wood countertop is very sturdy. If they could improve anything, it would be that the drawer bottom is a bit thicker. But I doubt I will have any trouble with it. I reccomend this product for sure!
Drawers problem

This whole review is based on the assembly of the cart.
Assembly took about 1.5-2 hours (1 person). All that's needed is 1 screwdriver and some space. Everything was fine and instructions are good until it came to the last step - putting the drawers in. Drawers caused a lot of frustration. After a while thinking why they wouldn't go in, I noticed that the slides were installed BACKWARDS. So I had to unscrew them, turn them around, and screw them back. It looks like a manufacturing defect/issue since the screws were in the "right" spot at first but after actually fixing the slides, the slides were sticking out of the back of the drawer (unless I put in new holes, which I didn't do). See pictures.
After finally fixing that, the drawers could be put in place. But they are sticking out and don't close all the way (see more pictures), which is a lesser issue but still.
Hopefully, pictures and explanation above will help someone if they run into the same issue.
Took a little bit to put together but I am very pleased with the finished product.

Very nice looking cart but had some quality issues with the drawer fronts being square to the frame. I had to drill new holes to make the drawers square to each other and the frame because Home Depot wouldnt send replacement parts.

I took me 3 hours to put it together. Why it took me so long? Because it came with wrong holes. I do twice to make sure there are wrong holes at second rack. I followed the instructions to assemble it again and again. It still can put together, but it doesn’t look good and it slips toward to left side.
