Got confused on a couple of instructions. Figured it out. I'm an engineer so I know a good or bad design when I see one. THIS IS AN EXCELLENT DESIGN. Everything was well thought out, easy to assemble, and of quality materials. PROS: Well made. Well engineered. Epoxy finish. Hardware individually bubble packed for each step PLUS extra hardware as well. Beautiful hardwood top. Ball bearing drawer glides. The back panel is made of the same material as the rest of the cabinet, not a couple of pieces of Masonite. CONS: Dowel holes are oversize so dowels fall out during assembly. Hooks and doors screw hole locations are merely dimpled, not piloted. Doors are hard to mount. It is easier to do if you tip the unit over on its end. WHAT THEY DON'T TELL YOU: You need to buy #1 steel wool to open the grain on the hardwood top before seasoning with oil. You need to buy FOOD GRADE Tung oil to season the top. About $10.

Very pretty! Beautiful Finish. Strong & Sturdy! This cart is absolutely gorgeous. The Black Finish is very Satiny and the Butcher Block Top is heavy duty and looks amazing. It is VERY roomy inside and the shelves are adjustable. Assembly was very easy. The screws and bolts go in with a gentle hand and all the pieces fit together perfectly. Just follow the booklet. There are stickers on each piece to help you. The hardware is grouped together by numbers that match the steps in the book. It makes it very simple and all you need is 2 screwdrivers! I assembled it on a carpet which made it easy to move around. The style will go with any decor and the handles on the drawers and doors are excellent quality. The wheels are made to last and make the cart more versatile especially when there is more than one cook in the kitchen. After dinner you can turn it into a coffe/cappuccino bar! Awesome. This company really cares and stands behind their product. Customer Service is outstanding! This Glenville Kitchen Cart is an excellent value. I love it and HIGHLY recommend it!

Overall, I am happy with this kitchen cart, as it has a nice solid butcher-block top and can hold, among other things, a small microwave on one of the shelves. I have a few reasons for not giving it five stars. First, as other reviewers have mentioned, one of the instructions early in the process is wrong, and you actually have to put the screws in a different hole. I figured this out after about 15 minutes trying to get all the screws and dowels to line up; looks like other people sent it back for this and ended up with the same thing on a replacement cart. Second, the drawers do not slide smoothly and the doors are a little wonky. The pre-drilled holes aren't in *quite* the right spots for the door hinges, so it looks a little goofy. In all, I'm happy, but this is no better quality than something from Ikea (just wish they had an enclosed cart, and I'd have gotten something from them). In the end, it looks slick and the wood top is very nice. I highly recommend having an electric drill for putting this together. Probably saved me an hour and a bunch of blisters, as there are TONS of screws.

The reason I can't recommend it is that the instructions were garbled. In picture #3B it shows the screw going into the center hole. However, if you put it there you will have to move it in order for the dowel and bolt to be properly spaced. There were other inconsistencies as well but that was the first on I came on. It was very hard to assemble. It took most of the day and I still have to put the drawers together. Start early. The top is real wood which was a surprise. It looks nice assembled and the doors fit properly. It is very heavy as most of the body is plastic coated particle board. It was so heavy that the box was beaten up pretty badly in transit but once it was opened all the styrophoam had protected the pieces from harm. The wheels must be pushed into place instead of being screwed into the bottom of the legs which made it harder. And one of the shelves keeps wanting to fall so I can't trust it for holding anything. I shall remove that shelf totally. It is a little too large for my uses.
Pros: Looks Great, the doors fit properly
Cons: Heavy, Difficult to Assemble, instructions could be better

The kitchen cart was really easy to put together with clear instructions. The only issue was the delivery. The package was damaged and the hardware was falling out of the box. Luckily I noticed a bunch of screws and dowels on my driveway and picked them up. I think the package was too heavy for the delivery person and they dragged it across the pavement causing the rip in the box. I did have to run to the hardware store for replacement screws which cost a few dollars. Other than that I am very happy with the item. Looks great and is very functional.

I ordered this product 3 times. The first one came in White when my order stated Grey. The second one came in and the butcher block top was cracked. The third as I was putting together broke as I was assembling it. Took the hint that this product wasn't meant for me. Will look for another product instead.

I really thought this was going to be a piece of cake. All the parts had letters and the screws were lettered as well. The instructions are terrible. There are 30 wood dowel parts which make it very difficult to work with. There are 13 pages of operation and operation 6 (page 9) had me crazy. Had to get help and the unfinished cart sat on my bedroom floor for days till I had someone figure it out. This is a very attractive cart when assembled but takes too long to put together.
Pros: Looks Great, Nice Design
Cons: Difficult to Assemble

I love it! I needed more storage and a useful work area in my kitchen. I mostly bought it to store my air fryer and my instapot and to clean off my counter. They both fit wonderfully inside. There is also a shelf on each side to hold all of the larger tupperware containers that were overflowing on top of my fridge. The two drawers are holding some of my favorite utensils, freeing up space in those drawers as well. Overall, it has helped me to declutter my kitchen a bit and it's so cute. It's big enough, but not too big. Best of all, if I find it's in the way or makes things congested, I can roll it to another spot. I am very pleased with this purchase. (It did take my husband a little bit of time to assemble it though.)
