Q:How wide should the twin bed frame opening be? Twin mattresses are 38 inches wide, but the bed i assembled is 36 inches wide. I've ordered 2 box springs and neither will fit. I barely squeezed a memory foam mattress into the opening. Is this right?

Not all parts come with

Easy to assemble but color is not consistent
I like it because it’s solid wood and it’s very easy to assemble. It took me approximately 40 min from start to finish and you can do it by one person. However there is a lot of “stain” on the wood . Luckily they are all facing inward.

Bed frame is so easy to put together! Did it myself! Very light frame with only one mattress on it. Will move around on hardwood floors if you don’t have a rug under the front legs. Very low with only one mattress. I feel like it needs to be higher for sure. Overall fine for what I need.

I purchased this bed for our guest room and couldn’t be happier! It looks fabulous and I put it together by myself in about an hour. The Velcro slats are genius! It’s only been slept in once, so I can’t comment on its longevity or sturdiness, but so far, so good. I highly recommend!!

Solid Feel
After having a metal frame from a major online home decor vendor fail we were on the hunt for a new frame. Having not found anything we liked anywhere else we found this frame and ordered it out of convience mostly.
We could not have been happier with the product we received. It's so we'll built and very sturdy. The style and color matches our space well. The height is perfect for us. The under bed storage is a little tighter to get at than our previous frame but we can make do.
I would recommend this to anyone. Plus it has the added convience of having it shipped to store and IF need be, you can return it directly to the store.

Perfect platform bed- excellent quality!
I have been searching for a low bed off and on now for two years. I was originally looking for an upholstered bed, but with having kids, I ultimately decided to go with wood! I saw this bed and loved it, I wasn’t certain on quality, but it met my long lost of requirements!! Truly I am very impressed, the quality IMO is better than the ones we looked at in furniture stores. The bed is real wood and very sturdy. The headboard is not thin behind your head where you would lean on (my husband was concerened about that as our last sleigh bed was). We chose to use mattress only and left off our box spring since we were going for a low height, this has not affected the quality of comfort at all! If you’re contemplating this bed- buy it!

We spent weeks looking for an affordable, white, king-size platform bed frame that had a headboard and did not add length for our narrow room. This bed frame fits the bill perfectly. It arrived ahead of schedule with very clear assembly instructions - once assembled it feels solid and looks more expensive than it is. We read other reviews saying this is not a "true white" and almost didn't buy it, but I'm glad we took a chance because it looks perfectly white to me. It's slightly less white than my bright white sheets and window trim, but a brighter white than a slightly antiqued white dresser in the room. I wouldn't have noticed the differences in shade had I not the other reviews. It's actually pretty true to the first photo on this website where you can see the sheets are slightly brighter white than the frame.
