Easy assembly and perfect color

Chair itself is fine but the color is way off from the images online. It was much more bright royal blue.

My four chairs arrived today and I was very excited and attempted to put them together. They are advertised as easy to assemble, only need the included Allen wrench. But the directions say it takes two people (really?) I read how to assemble, and it looked simple. However, the quality control is so bad (on this really nice chair) that you can't possibly put them together--even using a mallet to try to force them. One reviewer giving a one-star rating said it simply..."ridiculous." After trying to assemble one chair, I opened the other three boxes and they are all the same--I hoped I could salvage at least two of them and return the other two for two more and keep my fingers crossed. I have two parts somewhat together on the first chair, but can't get them apart to load back into the box. The alignment of the holes is awful! If they had been drilled correctly at the factory, or someone had caught this issue at quality control, I know I'd love these chairs. I'm adding pictures to show how the parts won't go together, and possible evidence that this chair might have been returned after a customer couldn't get the part all the way together.

The chairs were easy to install and good quality. I bought three chairs for my kitchen island and they look great. The only bad thing is that two of the chairs had paint scratches on some areas.

I have a real bad back problem, and was always looking for a stool that I could use sitting at the counter, and do my daily work in the kitchen. I was looking for a stool that is sturdy enough to bee shoved around and is easy to clean. My kitchen furniture and all the appliances are white, and i finally came about this white stool that fits the requirements. It is made of metal that is painted white, and it has smooth surfaces that are easy to clean. It is very sturdy, but not to heavy to be moved around behind the counter. I am very ahppy that i finally found the stool I was looking for!

The Kipling metal counter stool (white) features square tube legs, footrests and supportive back. The steel frame is very sturdy while adding a touch of industrialism. The chair came ready to assemble in a 6 x 18 x 40 inch carton. The components are well protected for shipment with minimal chances of being damaged during shipment. The powder-coated finish is a soft minimal thickness coating, it is easy to wipe clean however the coating can easily be scratched. The instructions indicate that the chair can be easily assembled with only an Allen wrench that is supplied. Due to distortion on two of the parts, I found that a rubber mallet was necessary to get the parts mated. I found that the quality of the welding and the fabrication of the parts left a lot to be desired. The screw holes were very rough and neither the supplied screws nor the screw holes were chamfered, thus making starting the screws difficult. In addition the clearance holes did not always lineup, thus some of the clearance holes had to be ground out so that the assembly could be completed. I also found that some of the welds were very good while others were very poor, showing minimum penetration and inclusion of slag. Once assembled, the stool is very sturdy and comfortable, recognizing that this is a metal seat. This product is from China.

Kipling White Metal Counter Stool w/ Full Back This stool is very sturdy with a glossy white finish and has an industrial look. The height (about 39 inches) the seat (about 21 inches deep and 16 inches wide) are the perfect size. The leg rung ( foot rest) in the front is at the right angle/level so my legs are straight and very comfortable. This metal chair has what they call a full back. It also comes in five other glossy colors and two heights and weights just over 16 lbs. The only tool you need is the Allen wrench that comes included in the box. Overall this is a really nice stool.

Didn't care for the finish, not uniform. I returned these items.

Love the bar stools. They are sturdy and comfortable.
