An adorable mid size basket, perfect for sitting by the door for summer sandals and flip flops. The pom-poms are attached really well, they are full and go all the way around (some I've seen at other stores are only on one side) I really like that the basket has a metal frame for added support and stability. Great color and weave, it would match several design aesthetics from boho to country modern.

This basket is adorable! It's a nice light colored basket, with a smoother style basket material (nothing will easily snag on it). A great size! I have my summer sandals piled in it but my daughter is trying to snag it for her knitting supplies. The pompoms are an adorable detail. They seem to be well-made and well-affixed--not sign of fraying or coming off. It's a really cute basket for storage that you wouldn't mind showing off! The handles are nice if it's something you'll be toting around (like knitting supplies).

While the pompom's are an interesting decoration, they are not really a good accent color and need to be fluffed to look good if actually using the basket. The bottom is not tight as you can see in the pictures as a lot of light gets through the weave. I am concerned about how much it can carry as the bottom does not seem to be strongly attached. You could use if for light loads like laundry. As a decorative piece, it is too big, and for functionality, it does not look strong enough. Maybe a linen storage basket, but not square. It left me wanting.

Very sturdy wrapped seagrass basket. Wife thinks the pompoms are fun, and the metal frame really adds to its durability. Large enough to attractively display towels or clean off toys from the floor, and perfect to sweep miscellaneous stuff into before company arrives. Currently it's holding toys that need to be put away upstairs.
It arrived not really well packed; just stuck in a very large box with a single sheet of packing paper over it, but it's not available in-stores within 100 miles of me, so if I decide I need another I will just have to chance it. It did not suffer any damage, but for how expensive a basket it is, I did expect better. There weren't any care tags on it either, so I had to check that online (wipe using a dry cloth).

This basket came a few weeks ago and it came very well packaged and was well protected. First this basket is very well made and it is so darn cute, it will last forever as long as my cat leaves it alone. I’m using it for our border collies Sashas toy box and she loves it. Now if I could get her to put them away as well as she takes them all out every day!

This is an unbiased review that is unaffected by the fact that I received this product for free.

Of course, a straw basket likely will not last long, but this one seems to be made very sturdily. It has many steel rode as reinforcements in the side and bottom. Naturally this mean you should not leave it where it can get very wet due to the rust possible. The rods do make it very strong, unlike many similar straw baskets.

The two handles are somewhat loose so they can turn up and down a bit to make for easier carrying.

Personally I can do without the white pom-poms but Wife loves them ...so they stay on.
