They Really Do Work!!
Mosquitoes love to bite me. But now I use Dunks. Put one in standing water, or just 1/2 or 1/4 depending on the amount of water to be treated. Lasts for month. Doesn't kills mosquitoes BUT, kills their eggs and larva. Will not harm animals. Love 'em, been using Dunks for 5 years!! To discourage already flying mosquitos, put several dryer sheets into your pockets. Works for me!

I was getting MASSIVE mosquitos by my basement door from the bad rain and was at my wits end! Someone told me about these. I took a plastic food container made some small holes, added “OLD STANDING WATER” & broke up 1 piece. Took a couple days but IT WORKS!!!! Holy crap y didn’t someone tell me about this sooner!!!

Fungus gnats solution!!
These helped immensely with my fungus gnat problem in my house plants. Just soak them in a bucket of water for 24 hours and water your plants. Worked wonders!

Product works amazingly but I feel like the package claims you need to use way more than you actually do. We have a 28 ft wide pool, according to the package, we needed to use all 6 dunks but I opted to use only two and it worked like a charm!!

We found the best way to eliminate mosquito populations was to keep a single point of water open (eliminate all others) and available (ours is about 3-4 inches deep and 2 ft2 surface area, and containing these mosquito "dunks." I replace the dunk every 2-3 weeks. Female mosquitoes choose the spot to lay their eggs and all larvae die, eliminating the problem at the source. We spend evenings on our Atlanta patio free of any mosquitoes.

An excellent product for preventing and treating mosquito's in small bodies of water. I have used these for years with tremendous success in a small outdoor fish pond as well as a variety of pots/planters filled with aquatic vegetation.
My wife has a problem with water plants, she really likes them and despite my absolute hatred of mosquito's, she insists we maintain a small armada of planters outside. These are a staple in my arsenal to combat the wretched flying bloodsuckers that are so often associated with stagnant water.
Here in Northern Virginia, I replace them on the first of every month from April to September. They work very well as long as they are used according to the instructions. Though they say they treat 100 square feet, I generally double the dose for a small pond of about that--adding two tablets at alternate ends of the pond. This strategy has worked exceptionally well with no detriment to the plants or fish. For smaller applications, one dunk does the trick.

MOSQUITO DUNKS really work
These MOSQUITO DUNKS really work and they are safe for birds and pets. They are not toxic and work as a biological control. We live on the Texas gulf coast and we have been using them for at least five years. Since we have been using them we haven’t seen a wiggle tail in or bird baths. We normally add ¼ of a “dunk” per bird bath every six weeks throughout the 9 months of summer we have here. The dunks come in a sealed up bubble pack that lets you open and remove them one at a time. We store all the unopened and opened dunks in an airtight plastic bag. They will crumble if you let them get damp.
