AnswersI found it to be a direct replacement for the same model. If fact it's better than the original as it attaches to the vac tube via the little snap ring in the picture unlike the old one you had to drag around or put over your shoulder. Fits the output tube perfectly.

was hoping to make it an extra bag for my portland leaf blower and the attachment was the same size as the opening. Someone online said that they were a match and I believed them so I had to return it but I'm sure the actual product is great for it's intended use

This is a perfect replacement bag for the Portland 3 in 1 Vacuum/Shredder/Blower.that I got at Harbor Freight. The connector on the bag fits perfectly onto the 3n1. Also, the bag is a better design than the original one with a clip that attaches to the vacuum tube resulting in better weight distribution.

Picked this up for another brand from another store that really carries the freight on these kinds of things. The old bag had a blowout and was trashed, I was worried about the fit on this one but it looked like it. No need to fret.
This is a perfect replacement for both models. In fact you see that little silver hook in the picture? It goes right to the pickup tube where there are slots just waiting to use it. This makes it better than the original that did not have them. Old one you had to sling over your shoulder leading to the blowout in the first place. The main attachment is a perfect fit as well. Just click and go!
So if you are wondering will it work with that other blower vac? Yea it will.
