I was about to return this product after I read many bad reviews on amazon.com, but at the end I decided to give it a try. To be honest, I don't understand humans, humans are never satisfied. You can come out with the best products and there is always negative peoples. I found this product very well made, it does the job it is supposes to do. I'm a technician assembler for over 13yrs and I worked with millions of dollars equipment and I know when something is made of good or bad quality. This product is good! Read the manual and don't expect this machine will cut a 2 feet tall lawn when on the manual it specify that the talles grass must be bellow 2 1/2 inches.

Easy to assemble out of the box. Runs smooth and quiet. Stores in the garage in a small space because the handle folds forward and straight above the wheels.
What I don't like is the "strap and buckle" design for holding the grass catcher; when it's hot and I'm a little sweaty, bending over and trying to re-snap it is a bother. I'm searching for a hook to replace it. All else about it is great.

This is a workout! Blades are super sharp! Cuts like a dream.
Bag catcher strap a bit flimsy, but otherwise a decent lawnmower.
This is for proper sod, where you want stripes and a close cut.
Love this mower to be honest, it runs on either beer, gin or even a cup of tea.

It’s fantastic. Blades very sharp, arrived in working order. Easy assembly.
Cons:
1. loud if you don’t keep lubricated
2. Blades are set well inside wheels so tough to get close to edges.(some models have blades extending to wheel width)eg fiskars
3. Left wheel nut loosens over time requires naturally due to direction of wheel rotation.
All in all fantastic buy
Easy to assemble. Catcher does detach, dump easily, without intention....
