Dont know exactly but the are a good size. Probably 8-10 they would hold more soil than your 5gal bucket. Probably closer to probably 2 buckets worth of soil. I have fig trees planted in mine.

No, holes are easy to drill.
I'm not sure what you are asking exactly. Are you asking if you can fill them with concrete mix? If that is your question, I think this would depend on how much concrete you want to put in it. If you are planning to put a few inches in the bottom to weight it, I think that would be OK; but if you are planning to fill them completely, I think that would be a bad idea. These planters are sturdy, but I don't think they were constructed for that purpose. Planters of these types are largely designed to hold light potting soils (not even heavier yard soil or clay). I put a few inches of sand in the bottom of mine and I am able to slide them around on the deck, but I don't know that I could lift them myself. Aside from the weight, I think concrete has its own properties that you need to think about (like what happens to it if/when it gets wet, hot or cold; the acid condition that concrete adds, etc.) and what conditions the planters will have to tolerate. If that's what you want to do, then I think you'd be happier with the result if you buy something that's stone or metal.
brown like dark espresso color
We use 16 inch saucers. 15 inch would work.
I don’t know whether this will be helpful to you or not. It depends on what you’re putting into the pot (how big your plant is). I have a hibiscus in one of these pots that’s almost 5 1/2 feet tall. In another pot I have a palm. When I’m transplanting, I usually have a big bag of potting soil on hand. I hope this helps.

Not at my store. They were special order and picked up at the store. No problems and well packed in a box.
