STUNNING GAZEBO
I'm blown away at how beautiful this gazebo is! We sat yesterday after it was installed and kept pinching ourselves at how this just added to the beauty of our backyard. Everything from ordering it, to finding the perfect company to install it was seamless... We just couldn't be happier. We have already had so many other people ask us where we got our gazebo... and we recommended them without any hesitation. We are going to start shopping for our gazebo furniture on this website now since I trust the quality of what they are selling! Thank you again Sunjoy!!!

Part not drilled to proper specs
My wife an I ordered this beautiful gazebo. Parts F-1 and F-2 are key structural parts and unfortunately holes were not cut in them nor were they seated for screws. I have contacted the customer service email and sent pictures with an explanation.
In addition, certain parts that had holes cut in them were found to not properly align. I had to drill my own holes. Not the kind of construction we had hoped for considering the expense.
Have a socket-wrench set and a lot of time.

STUNNING Gazebo
To say we are obsessed with this gazebo is an understatement! It is absolutely stunning! I love the black with the wood looking steel! The four planter boxes really make this gazebo such a statement! We are more than happy with it!

Changed out patio!
We used this gazebo all summer and it changed our patio. We used it nightly. We assembled it within 6 hours with help from a few friends. Highly recommended. Sunjoy was absolutely great when we had questions.

Nice Gazebo!
The gazebo shipped quickly and was packaged very well. There was no damage due to shipping. Each item was individually wrapped. The hardware was all packaged and labeled with an extra screw/bolt or two of each. The gazebo was well engineered and all the holes lined up throughout the project. My wife and I had the basic frame up in a few hours. The next day we put up the framework for the roof. And the roof would have been installed the following day in a few hours. However there was a problem with one set of roofing panels. Apparently the galvanized sheets had not been properly prepared and the powder coating was literally falling off the panels. The good news is that I emailed pictures to customer service and they had new panels shipped out the next day. Although it took a few extra days to install due to the delay, customer service was top notch. Again my wife and I put it up ourselves and could have had it up in a couple days. I was very impressed with the precision of alignment of holes. It was fun to put together because everything lined up the way it should. Overall I am very happy with the look, quality and engineering of this gazebo. And customer service was on top of it. My only advice is that the instructions are picture only so take time to look and analyze how things go together before diving in. Many of the parts are similar but different enough that things won't line up right if you grabbed the wrong part. Good Luck!

Great value and great looking!
It was very easy to build...I had the base built in a couple of hours by my self. The roof took two people...did that in a couple of hours the next day....had a broken part but sent an email and they replaced it in a couple of weeks...looks great...love watching football outside...
