The panels are nominally 24" wide. Is that an exact measurement? I need to know before framing up the greenhouse. Also, how much thermal expansion can one expect?
Asked by: Greenhouse
I just measured a scrap I have and it is 24 and 3/8". That seems strange since nowhere can I find any reference online to anything other than 24". I'd recommend going to the store and measuring one to be sure!

Would this work well for storm protection on a beach house window in the Pacific Northwest?
Asked by: CIS
Yes, panels are very strong. I use my panels for greenhouse roof but I also use on inside bathroom window. Keeps light from window but blurs images so privacy is maintained. I recommend getting the proper screws that is used with this product.

If laid on the ground, can they support the weight of a heavy person without being damaged? What's the PSI if sitting on smooth concrete, like a garage floor?
Asked by: Dave
WaltS. I was considering putting a sheet down in the garage under some scrap carpet to make a warmer path to the spare fridge. A small thing to make the wife happy. This would be waterproof unlike any other thermal underlayment ive found.
