Product Details

This outdoor solar power birdbath fountain is perfect for any garden or landscaped area with no need for an outlet. It can run on solar and battery backup power. In prime sunlight conditions, the pump will be powered by solar energy while the panel will also recharge. To run on battery mode simply press the Battery On/Off button, which will power the pump. On the battery mode it can run for up to 4-hours on cloudy days or at night. When the battery is depleted, the system will automatically change back to solar powered mode and start again when there is sufficient sunlight.
  • Perfect size water feature: 23 in. Dia x 34.5 in. H and weighs 30 lbs., solar panel measures 8.6 in. H x 7.4 in. L, recommended water capacity of 3 Gal.

A:  We are sorry for any issues with the solar water fountain. If the pump does not work, it could be an issue with the panel. Are all the lights on the back of the panel, indicating there is power? Is the low battery light on? Did you leave the panel under direct sunlight, for at least 2 full sunny days, while powered off?     A:  It never had a light. If you are talking about the back of the solar panel, yes those lights work.

              A:  Hello, The panel would need to be in full direct sunlight to work the pump during the day, and it will work for up to 4 hours off the battery at night if the solar panel is in direct sunlight all day. Thanks.

                A:  It only works in direct sunlight. If anything covers panel even for a second, it stops. We just chased the sun and loved the results.

                  Almost Perfect
                  I love my new fountain, however, it's not perfect. First, the instructions were missing, but with that being said, It was pretty easy to assemble. The only thing keeping from me giving it 5 stars is the solar only works when directly facing the sun. I wish it would store energy so it could run during the evening hours without having to switch it to battery power. This may be possible, I don't know because I did not receive instructions.

                      It’s a beautiful fountain if it’s in a sunny location. I didn’t realize it was solar until it arrived and my location doesn’t get continuous light. The back up batteries have yet to work. I have to return it unfortunately.

                        Came well packaged, easy to assemble, directions adequate, sturdy. Birds like it. Can be set on battery or solar.

                          2 tier fountain
                          I bought the 2 tier fountain and liked the ease of putting it together but that's where it ends. We enjoyed it for just a couple of weeks and then it quit working. We figure it's the pump because the solar panel lights are working but Sunnydaze doesn't have a replacement filter on their website. Very disappointed to say the least.
