Scratches easily moving furniture & edges chip
I put Taupe Oak in my house. The floor scratches easily, fortunately Taupe Oak is supposed to be distressed. It also chips easily. I made matching trim with Minwax Maker Brown; stain also covers the scratches & chips. See before & after pics.

More beautiful in person
I wanted to leave this review for other people who may consider this floor as the Home Depot stock photos look nothing like they do in real life . I lucked out because they are absolutely beautiful and I love them. (Harvest wheat)

I like this better than LVP because it does have small grooves between the planks. That simulates...
I like this better than LVP because it does have small grooves between the planks. That simulates real hardwood to me. And the top surface seems more like real wood.
However there are still certain spots where it seems to bow upwards with an air gap underneath the flooring. And then when I walk on it it just feels like I’m walking on cardboard.
I have put LVP in about eight houses and while I think it’s perfect for rentals, I still don’t think it is as nice as hardwood.
This Flooring crinkles when you walk on it
I like that it has the rubber layer on the bottom and you don’t have to put underlayment under it.

Scratches easily and noisy
I was disappointed when I got this flooring. None of the other reviews commented on the fact that because there is rubber underlayment on the bottom that connects to each board, that there is a truly annoying "crackling" sound that happens on most steps when the rubber rubs against each other. The subfloor is clean and level and we cannot identify any other reason why these boards are so noisy. We are hoping they settle over time with more foot traffic, rugs, furtnure are placed on top but time will tell. They look nice, I love the wide planks and have used them on the kitchen to the living room for a continuous open floor plan. Scratches quite easily. Also the darker colors capture every spec of dirt. Have to be very diligent about cleaning. Even streaks from cleaning show up on these boards. A bit high maintenance. Look elsewhere.

for delicate owners
For the sqft to cover my space, initially I bought 16 cases, then I had to buy three additional cases, two cases were opened and scratched, so I had to return them. They are heavy, but good thing is HD’s stuff is really helpful they helped me to put them in my car for me. There are a lot of variance in the cases I bought. The color is not consistant, and some are like from a different color. It looks better closer than from afar. I like the idea of waterproof, but the waterproof coat is so easy to get strached. I am gentle, even with cardboard protection, the floor can get strached very easily. And you can tell its the coating that got scratched. If any customer service is reading this: How can I fix the scratch?

does not look much like the pic
The color is way off from picture it seams more of a gray brown i could say, i wanted it more for a warmer biege tone like wood look , but this is not it i was really hoping to like it and the planks are thin i had to order a box since they didnt had an option for sample ,untill now that i see

Laundry room
I installed this flooring in my laundry room. So far, it feels like it will be very durable, no scratches yet even when installing the washer and dryer. The only negative I have is that the tongues on many of the pieces weren't in great shape when I opened the packages. The pieces locked together anyway but it was a concern when I first opened them up.

Lovely Floor!
This flooring is a lovely milk chocolate brown! We had this flooring installed on our main level entry, bath, family and kitchen areas. I was looking for a flooring without red or gray undertones and without a overly distressed/worn look. Lightly textured with matte finish, this floor holds up to the frequent water spills, messes and play of our four young children. We use furniture pads to avoid scratches (it’s scratch resistant, not proof) but no scratches yet with any hits from toys or other dropped/slid objects. The low toxic aspect was also key in our decision making (who wants formaldehyde in/on their floors??) — especially with a crawling infant. Prior to install we ordered a couple of samples. (I would strongly recommend that Home Depot carry the floor sample in stores!) Thankfully, the samples we ordered gave us a good idea of the look and feel of the flooring. It feels more like laminate than hardwood. I would prefer that it did feel more like hardwood (hence the four stars), but I love the look, resilience and healthier aspects of this floor. We’ve received several compliments and are happy overall with our purchase.

Looks like laminate
I purchased the fawn birch floor for my entire lower level. I chose this product because it is water resistant and states it is dent and scratch resistant. I am very disappointed in the quality. It looks “fake” like laminate and sounds fake walking on it. I chose an engineered wood because I prefer wood to laminate or LVP however I feel it looks just like a cheap laminate. Very disappointed and would never recommend this product.

Color Doesn’t Match Picture
The floor is good quality and easy to install but the color does not match the picture at all. I purchased the latte light birch for my house and the tone of the wood is very different from what it looks like in the picture once it was installed. I had purchased some samples to try out but it is difficult to see from a sample. The image looks like a natural colored wood and the flooring is a warm brown. I was very disappointed in the overall outcome of the color.
