Q:I have bought two of these now and neither works. I follow the instructions on the front label, holding down the valve with the valve and nothing comes out of the spigot. It's as if it's blocked. Is there a method to making this work that I am missing?

No drip - best water container for camping ever!
This water container is best ever - never had any dripping at all. Now have a couple of these that we use all the time at picnics, camping and out on the ATV's.
We broke a spout off - our fault and we called the customer service and they sent us a replacement spout and told us how to order if we had any issues. They do have a great warranty and excellent customer service!!

SureCan 5 Gal Handled 4x4
Loaded up the SureCan 5 Gal jug in the back of my Gladiator for a 50-mile super rough 4x4 camp trip in the mountains. Handled all the bumps and vibrations in the load no problem. The valve makes it easy to conserve water.
