Haven’t installed yet; instructions are minimal and not too informative; packing from manufacturer was poor and missing parts which also delayed install. Could not find another alternative that was adjustable for width without having custom metal pan made for the opening.

Easy to install
This product was easy to cut, fit and install. It will provide excellent moisture control for the retrofit patio doors. The instructions were clear, easy to understand and comprehensive. If the proper width sill (3.25"), would have been available, I would have rather ordered it. The 10X, when cut to size, had significant waste.

Not user friendly.
This was a universal product and required modification.
The directions tell you to score and break. unfortunately it broke at a thin point rather than where it had been scored and i had to flip it over and start again. I overcame this by sawing with a thin blade but was left with an unsightly edge. The material seemed much too brittle and is likely to crack if not handled gently. The adhesive end caps were very nice. seemed like they would work well on most applications.

Great Product
I used this product to install a new exterior door in my family room. I needed to raise the threshold to give clearance for a new subfloor, and since the existing subfloor is concrete I wanted something water/mold proof. This product worked perfect, raised the sill 3/8" and the PVC construction will never absorb the moisture from the concrete slab.
