    A:  Hi Jeff, This product is sold by the piece or by the lineal foot and not by the board foot as it has been defected and cut to length. If you want to buy this by the board foot please contact your local pro desk and it will be around $15 a board foot. Thanks for the inquiry.

      Best Quality Wood
      This wood is amazing quality and very solid! It shipped extremely fast and I will definitely be back for more!

        Gorgeous wood, got more than what I paid for.
        First thing to note is that Swaner Hardwood took good care of me and I got more than I paid for. Second thing to note is that the wood has gorgeous grains with very little blemishing; purchasing wood sight unseen had me a little concerned that I'd get gnarled, hard-to-work-with wood, but that wasn't the case. Love the color, the grain, and the excellent service! The only drawback here is that the wood was slightly twisted, which is something that can and should be fixed with a jointer--but this is probably par for the course for purpleheart. Thanks, Swaner!
