On the one hand, the level has three seperate bubbles, one for horizontal, one for veritcal and one for 45 degrees. It also has a slot on one end to hang it for storage, as well as measurements on one side in both inches and millimeters. On the other hand, it is pretty flimsy. It can't really be used as a straight edge to verify evenness of a wall, for instance, because it flexes and bends pretty easily. So, a user would need to be careful in not pressing too hard against the plane you are checking for plumb or levelness since the flex of this device could give a false reading. It also does not have an opening on the side of the level to be able to view the bubble when the device is on edge. Overall, it's a basic device that could get a user in trouble by indicating something was not level when it is.
