A:  Hi David, Not Microfiber. Swiffer cloths are more of a "cotton ball" type of material. They are thin, and can't be washed and dried like microfiber can. These work great for sweeping up fine dust and pet hair however.

    A:  I would think if you put a new pad on and sprayed a hardwood spray cleaner and swept the floor, it would work.

    A:  We haven't tried that use, but there is also the wet mop available as well.
