The chain swing and seat assembly are of excellent quality. Coated chains about 30" from the seat, making the handholds more comfortable. Although I got the set for my grandkids, I take an occasional swing on it too, a lot of fun!
On a related note, don't skip on the necessary mounting hardware. Do it right, be safe, and swing, swing, swing!

A High Quality Swing
Purchased 3 of these swings for a backyard wooden playset. Our kids, ages 5 and 8 love them. The seats are made of a thick rubber that seems very durable. Similarly, the chains are made of a heavy-gauge links with a comfortable "rubbery" coating that easily supported my own weight (200 lbs) when I gave the swings a try.
One of the primary reasons I purchased these swings was the vinyl-dipped chain. You can get cheaper swings with plastic sleeves over the chains, but after looking at several other swing sets in our neighborhood I noticed that most of the plastic sleeves tended to discolor and crack over time, and the chains within them rusted badly, making the swings look old and tired. Therefore, I searched for heavier duty alternative. Hopefully these will hold up over time. They certainly feel very well made. The vinyl coating on the chains also prevents little fingers from getting pinched.
The swings arrived from H.D. within a few days of my online order. Be aware that unlike some other competing swings available online, they do not have hooks or clips to attach the swings to the overhead beam; you will need to purchase those separately.
