Pretty small and flimsy
Not terribly hard to build but I was missing multiple hardware pieces. The bags for hardware are not well labeled to let you know what's inside. I spent more time in the beginning identifying screws than anything else. Make sure you have a good drill with sockets

Does come with a 5 year warranty. Weight limit of 115 LBS per swing and 250 LBS on slide.

Wood is like Balsa, quite positive it won’t last long....
Wood is like Balsa, quite positive it won’t last long. No chalk board included or delivered yet, why must I call for something that is supposed to be included? Kit also came with an anchor kit, great. But would have been so much better if it was mentioned so I didn’t buy it separately. Not close to being worth almost $800.

Wood is an imported Cedar. Rot & insect resistant naturally. Has a stain on it. Comes with a 5 year warranty.

Very nice for a reasonably priced playset. Upper area above slide is small so our two young children barely fit up there together (age 2 and 4). Some of the wood pieces split a little while putting it together (we hired a professional to do it). Overall pleased for the price!

Instructions only in Spanish
We received this timely (though UPS and Home Depot clearly has some communication problems). When it arrived and we opened it we found that the only set of instructions included were in Spanish. My Spanish is rudimentary, so we downloaded the English instructions but it turns out THOSE have been updated with some changes whereas the Spanish ones hadn’t. Therefore we had to attempt to understand the Spanish and then double check the process with the updated English version. It took a lot longer than necessary. Would have been really great to have both versions of the instructions in the box to begin with (seems obvious if I’m being honest).

Playset
Instructions not much help. Had to measure every board. Screws and bolts not labeled and had to measure.

Overall a good playset. Would give it 3.5 stars if i could
Pros: Assembly is not hard and they give you more hardware than you actually need.
Instructions are pretty clear. Anybody complaining about the last 2 points was probably not paying attention to what they were doing.
Bigger than I thought it was going to be, which is a good thing because I wanted something larger but was on a budget.
Cons: The "Stain" was peeling off in a couple spots.
Some of the wood cracked even when pre-drilling
Screw lengths seem to be "Recommendations" not "Rules" By that I mean that a bag of screws that were supposed to all be the same size would be off by up to a 1/4".
Other: While this is plenty strong for children, a 200lb man would definitely break it. This is neither a pro nor a con considering its a childrens playset and I knew what I was buying beforehand, but it limits my ability to be a goofball with my son and climb on the thing like a monkey.
This is light pine, not cedar (hence the price) so you will need to keep an eye out for rot.

Good for small yards
We received the play set and put it together (my husband and I) it took us a day and half. Had to call HD customer service because the item numbers did not match the instructions provided (which were in Spanish) the rep emailed us the correct instructions in English. I've noticed little cracks in the wood, we've had for three weeks my 5 1/2 year old likes to climb all around it and my 10 month old enjoys the bucket swing. (Bought seperately)
It's a good size for small yards and good deal for the price.
