Product Overview

If you have a large area of grass to mow, you need a Swisher Trail mower. This 14.5 HP (603cc) commercial Pro 66 in. Trail mower is designed to dramatically reduce mowing time. The Swisher Trail mower attaches to ATV's, lawn tractors, and any utility vehicles to cut large lawns and meadows fast. Commercial grade cast iron blade spindles with three G6 Gator mulching blades are powered by a 14.5 HP Kawasaki V-Twin Commercial Grade Engine for a finish-cut quality, each and every mowing. A 66 in. side-discharge deck cuts wide swaths and spreads the grass out to avoid choking. The true floating deck reduces scalping for professional mowing results, even on tricky terrain. Cutting-height adjustment handles are easy to control for just the right cut. This Swisher is equipped with a handy 12-Volt key starter, so firing up the mower is a snap, rather than a big workout. A universal articulating hitch attaches to any hitch system and lets the mower maneuver easily behind whatever is pulling it. The 2.5 Gal. fuel tank means less downtime and more productivity for getting the job done fast and getting back to your weekend. The Trail mower is the ultimate time saver, U1 battery not included.

what is a trail mower

This Trail Mower is designed to produce a quality finish cut on lawns, golf courses, etc. It is not designed to clear brush or cut saplings. It should be towed behind an ATV, UTV, golf cart, lawn tractor, Zero Turn Mower or similar approved vehicle. When it is used in the offset position, it will greatly cut down your mowing time. For example, if you have a 60 in ZTR mower and you offset this particular mower behind it, you will be cutting 126 in on each pass. If you have additional questions, please contact us at 800.222.8183.

Good when it's working
The good and bad: time saver when working, customer service sends parts as needed with no questions as things break. Bad: belts brake quick sometimes within hours so take it slow and don't cut tall grass must go over twice, wiring harness too close to exhaust and melted wires within first 2 months. I'm mechanically inclined so I fixed everything after they sent me parts/but really the thing was bought new and should it be breaking like this? Made in USA you would think they would have designed this thing better. Like I said when it works it's great. But it's not always working I guess see what goes next?

It broke after 4 hours of use
Did great while it worked and really made mowing a few acres a lot easier. That is until about 3/4 of the way through it, it shut off unexpectedly. I couldn't get it restarted and now it blows the only fuse after about 3 attempts to crank. It feels like the fuel pump went out as I can't see fuel coming from the tank. Anyway, just glad they picked the thing up but it was a pain to disassemble and load
