Had to replace after several months of frustration
I’m six months in and replacing this toilet. I thought I was buying a high-end toilet and instead have a toilet that is clogged all the time and won’t flush properly. Plus, the seat moves around. Very disappointing.

We found out the hard way we needed a 10” rough-in toilet (not a standard 12”) and luckily Swiss Madison had this model in both sizes.
It’s sleek and modern with a compact tank featuring dual flush. Installation was easy enough, but the circular cutouts on the sides need a smaller hand to fit through to tighten bolts.
In-store pickup was DIY, so glad I brought help to get it in the car.
We paired it with a Toto washlet bidet (love) and it’s a fab upgrade.

We've had this toilet installed in the bathroom our 2 teens share for about a month now. It's been working fine thus far. Was a bit challenging for my husband to install himself but he eventually figured it out.

looks great! had a professional install it
Love the look, we needed a 10 in rough in and this hit the mark. We added bidet for added convenience too Make sure to hire a plumber because he mentioned these are more difficult to install.

Rides toilet flange due to manuf design flaw
2nd review more pics but HD limits number smh , toilets comes set to min water use - dumb , tech support doc poorly written no pics, will need pro install or advanced skills and tools, we would have rejected the double order but 10" rough in was critical

toilet flange interface engineering oversight
Bottom at rear sweeps in too far - drain horn centered in the flange opening as it should be even pushed backwards to the limit of the johnny bolt slots edge rides on the flange preventing proper seating. ( toilet flanges are supposed to be on top of floor plane NOT even or below it to insure proper seal compression - See OATEY plumbing specs videos) We had to pull the toilet , cut the flange edge
Toilet seat stand offs are cracked on arrival poor QC.
Dry install no flush test yet.

Looks good, but hard to install and maintain
At first, this seemed like a great pick, looked sleek and modern. 1 year later, the toilet started leaking water from the side. A plumber with 25 years of experience said the leak is due to the manner in which the toilet is bolted down, there is no way to ensure a secure fit. My options were to pay to remove and reinstall the toilet or to replace. I replaced it with a Toto as the cost of the toilet was marginally more than the cost of getting this one reinstalled. I do not recommend.
