These particular lightbulbs have been used in my bathroom vanity at the apartment complex where I have lived for 6 years now. When I went to Home Depot to find the same set of bulbs, the store associate was very helpful and kind and suggested I take a look at the LED version of the bulb, but it ended up being way too bright for my eyes. However, he was of great assistance in pointing out the exact type of bulb that I needed. It's associates such as he that make me want to continue coming back to this Home Depot. The only regret I have now is that I should have purchased the 60-watt bulbs, instead of the 40-watt. When I enter my bathroom I can see a slight difference in the light output, but I'll still be using these until I need more. They are a very reasonable price and I love that they come in a set of 3!

40-Watt G25 Globe Double Life Incandescent Light Bulb (3-pack). The bulbs are manufactured by Sylvania, a division of LeDvane. These are made in the USA, with plants in Pennsylvania and Kentucky. The bulb reviewed is a clear 40 watt bulb, incandescent with a medium base with 290 lumens. We used this Tri Pack in our hall bathroom wall fixture. These bulbs made the room sparkle. Great choice.

Double-life Sylvania bulbs are perfect for outdoor light fixtures, like the 3 light chandelier on our patio. We like the old-fashioned incandescent bulbs better, and this clear bulb offers better, brighter light than the newer LED bulbs.
The triple pack is handy for our needs too. These bulbs are rounder and fatter than regular incandescent bulbs, much larger than I expected when I ordered them. Check out the pictures to see the size and shape of this bulb, to see if it fits your needs.
