Brown Modern Synthetic Leather Premium Made in Japan 4D Massage Chair

With this chair, it is like having a personal masseuse in my own home! I spend most of my working day on the computer and/or traveling for business; therefore, my neck and shoulders are usually the target areas that need the most TLC. This chair does a great job with focusing on those areas with just the right amount of intensity that feels like you’re having a deep tissue massage (even at strength level 4– max is 7). To focus on the neck only, the Manual->Basic 3->Loop Knead Up->Advance Option->Slow Speed settings, is awesome! I’m so relaxed that I often find myself falling asleep on the chair during the session. :) Which also reminds me, with the auto recline function “on”, the chair will recline to almost upright position after the session, giving me the opportunity to hit the button again to fully recline up thereafter. The built in capability is for safety reasons (ensures the blood doesn’t rush to my head after falling asleep). As for my boyfriend, he has issues with his neck, shoulders, back and ankles (pretty much everywhere) and was hesitant about giving the chair a try. After 1 day of convincing, I got him to do a 15 minutes session and he ended up staying on the chair for 45 minutes. He is now in love with it and said he feels the difference in his body posture and energy level. It is now part of his daily routine! Additionally, the chair is stylish, compact (not as bulky as other chairs) and has a touch screen pad with many predefined massage options and manual options for me to customize my experience. Lastly, the customer service team for this product is very knowledgeable and responsive to all inquiries. I spent at least 5 hours researching massage chairs before I decided to purchase the JP1100. While this chair is not inexpensive ( got it on sale for 50% off), it has a tremendous # of features and programs that it performs at a high level. Also, at just over 30 inches wide it can fit well into small and meduium sized rooms. The build quality is high and comes with an in-home 5 year warranty that is the best in the industry with the chair made in Japan with a high level of Japanese made parts. This chair has exceeeded my expectations and feels like having a masssage professional in your home, on call, every day. NOTE: I purchased this particular chair for two reasons. 1. Wanted a great massage chair. 2. I wanted one that would last. I was hopeful I would get a long lasting chair because I purchased the made in Japan model. I have always had great respect for made in Japan products. I have only had the chair for a week, so I can't attest to the long term durability of the chair. Based on my evaluation of the chair it appears to be very well made. Not sure what happened with their heater??? Quick review: Pros: 1. Quality of construction, stitching, upholstering etc is top notch. Looks/Aesthetics. Grade A+ 2. Power of rollers is there. This thing can hurt you when you go for it. I don't mean hurt as in injure, but as in it's a super deep. Grade: A+ 3. Ease of assembly: Grade: A- 4. Remote functionality: Grade: A 5. Air bag strength is quite good: Grade: B+ Cons: 1. Heat is non-existent as far as I can see. Grade: F Interesting to me my 2005 vehicle's seat heaters still kick a%$ today (after 15 years), but you can't buy a massage chair that has heat that actually works (in 2020)? Total joke. Grade: F 2. Very limited neck massage. Grade: D- 3. Why no head rollers/massage? Grade F 4. Hand/Finger Massage: Grade D+ 5. Foot / Calf massage: Grade: C The good news for Synca is that they really aren't all that far away from a home run with this chair. Just some extra effort and attention to detail and they will have an excellent massage chair that would be worth the price tag. As of now it's way, way overpriced. I'd think long and hard about spending this kind of money. You'll be disappointed. I was. Buyer's remorse stinks when you don't have many options and spent big $$$.

We were having to adjust this mid cycle because it was too hard on the upper back and too soft on the neck and lower back. Tight fit for calf size of 15". Air pressure is painfully tight/weak squeeze. Glutes massage is simply air lifting you higher. Prefer L-tracks but this seemed to offer the best massage based on reviews and without frills like Bluetooth. Also drawn to the many options, which was easy to use. Unfortunately, none were relaxing/considered massaging for our large household nor any of our guests.

Ordered this when it went on sale for 24 hours, so far very pleased with it. The directions made assembly very straightforward, controls easy to use, and the chair reclines almost completely horizontally, something that was important to me. Also very pleased with service from the company. They contacted me personally after I had posted some concerns about an earlier model and then referred me to this one, which was exactly what I needed.

I tried several massage chairs from human touch osaki and so on but this is made in Japan and others are made in China It built for last long i am enjoying it!!

I am impressed with the quality of this chair: From the ease of setup to the massage. You can see this chair is built to last and a warranty for 5 years is incredible and tells me this manufacturer believes in their product. As a customer I highly recommend this chair you won’t be disappointed. My wife likes the physical size of the chair....footprint in the family room. Looks and feels like a fine piece of furniture. We have been utilizing 6 of these chairs in our Chiropractic office for over a year now and have had no issues with them. They run 6-9 hours a day-4 days a week.

I am a bigger girl so it is tight in the seat. the hand massage is also a little different then others i have tried.
