Two out of three ain’t bad.
I ordered three for a new build. They look great and we’re packaged really well. Of the three, one of them is having issues with a locking mechanism for the tilt position. I’m going to try to see if I can figure it out before exchanging it.

I bought the 88000 L/R windows for a new project. These were the largest of the model. The plan was to install over a whirlpool bath. I like these because they open to the inside. The pictures show the left and right installed (closed, fully open and vent). I spent a lot of money, so I wanted others to understand everything before going forward.
1- Very HEAVY
2- Don't open or play with window before install (handle can get reversed), then you install upside down : )
3- 1/4 inch RO all the way around. Required little to no shims.
4- Lifting is a pain. These appear to be filled with sand or grit to help with insulation. HEAVY.
5- Nailing fin is nice and once in, the fear of the HEAVY door is gone.
5- Handle down - locked
6- Handle horizontal - swing door open
7- Handle up (upside down) - window tilts to open vent style
8- The window swing door does not open to a full 45 degrees, maybe a 35. So basically it will not be flush with a back wall.
9- You can remove the bracket that holds it to a 35 degree and then it can open to about a 60 degree.
10- There is nothing obvious to show which way is up, so pay attention to the heavy hinge. It should be in upper corner and the pivot hinge at the bottom.
11- Did I mention it is very heavy?
12- Price was high, but product is better than the other 9 windows I installed by other makers.
13- Wish they made a wider window
14- So you wonder about why I say HEAVY? Well, I am no wimp, but high on a ladder with a ship anchor is a rush.
15- Easily the coolest windows I have ever had and they feel like they will last a lifetime.
