When I first purchased this product I gave it 5 stars. Now that they have discontinued the cloud support it is basically worthless. the programs no longer recognize Sun Set or Sun Down. i created a replacement configuration to run from 7:30 pm to 10:15 pm. Guess what, it can't tell time either. You would be just as well served with plug in timers from Radio Shack. I am currently looking for something to replace the Connect system and cutting my loses. A home automation system that is not accessible away from home is just a fancy timer.

    Dont buy TCP Connect Products.
They changed the feature on the unit via the internet update without notification and after a few months it stop working properly until eventually not at all. They have very bad customer service and tech. support. I am so disappointed.

    No support for mobile access
Don't buy this product. They stopped supporting mobile access where you can control your lights from the app.

Product does not work as advertised
TCP removed the web access feature that made the TCP Connected line of products unique. Now they are just overpriced LED bulbs. They can no longer be controlled from anywhere in the world. From their own website http://go.tcpi.com/ConnectedSupport "We regret to inform you that we are making changes to our support model and will be discontinuing the following services associated with the Connected by TCP system effective June 30, 2016: Access via the internet and connectivity through cloud services Updates of the TCP Lighting App" Don't buy, they are garbage.
