      A:  On the base stand there is a notched prong. On its back side of dial thermometer there are slits at the bottom, just opposite of the keyhole bracket. Using light pressure, lock the small prong into the middle slot of the base stand. You should hear a click when its locked into place.

        A:  It is a very simple thing to do. Just push the lower part of the dial onto the protruding part of the base. It will click into the position by itself. Very easy!

          A:  Usually, if it is accurate the manufacture will list the accuracy. Since they don't I would guess not very accurate.

              This a really great product!! Follow the instructions and wrap it in a moist towel as this gets it very accurate. Attaching the plastic stand was a little tricky. Overall this a great hygrometer that looks and works great! The design of the dial and the large numbers is really well thought out. It looks like a speedometer or tachometer from a vehicle. I wish I had 6 more of these. This would be an ideal gift.

                Perfect Hygro/thermo
                German craftsmanship, NOT Chinese made for German company! Excellent quality for an excellent price. Easy to read, hygrometer can be calibrated. Don't waste money on trashy cheap junk, spend a few dollars more for something that really works. I'm very pleased.
